Whether it be an interstate highway or a small local road, motor vehicle accidents leading to death or serious injury due to the negligence of others can occur anywhere that cars, trucks and buses are being operated. Over the past 20 years, we have experience with automobile accidents of all different types. In handling your accident case, our first order of business is to obtain all existing police reports and then to supplement that work with an investigation of our own. Where necessary, accident reconstruction experts are employed to re-create exactly how and why an accident occurred and to find out who was at fault. In addition to a thorough investigation of the events surrounding the accident, our in-house medical personnel permit us to review all of the medical records pertaining to your injury and to contact your treating doctors to obtain necessary information to support your case.

Aviation

In addition to handling cases involving small general aviation aircraft such as Piper, Cessna, Beech, etc., our firm has experience in aviation accidents involving large commercial airliners. Recently, our firm served as one of the lead counsel in the lawsuit related to the 1994 crash of USAir Flight 427. To supplement our own experience in aviation litigation, we have working relationships with a number of aviation consultants including accident reconstruction experts, aerospace engineers, airframe and power plant mechanics, metallurgists, and a variety of others whose specialized knowledge help us determine the cause of an aviation accident.

The family automobile, a power lawnmower, over-the-counter drugs such Baycol, Rezulin, Propulsid, and PPA, or simple household products such as a coffee maker ..... they can all cause serious injuries, and our office has the experience necessary to handle a wide range of such cases. The key to successfully representing people injured by consumer products is to figure out exactly why the accident occurred and then determine how the product could have been better designed to avoid such an injury. For example, should a better warning or more complete operating instructions have been provided? Should stronger or different materials have been utilized in making the product? Should guards or other safety devices have been incorporated into the product? These are the many questions that our investigation and research are focused on answering. In addition to our own experience, we utilize the know how of a variety of engineers to help us answer those questions and to produce a successful result for the injured consumer.

Work Injuries

Whether it be a construction site, a factory, or a warehouse, there are dangers in the workplace which often produce serious injuries.
